Responsibilities
Our client, a major Real Estate Management
Firm, is currently seeking a Commercial
Leasing Senior Associate to join their
commercial real estate team.
The ideal candidate will have experience
leasing commercial and retail spaces to
major clients. The incumbent will be
responsible for marketing to prospective
tenants and leading the entire leasing
process.

Lead
marketing of vacant spaces to
prospective tenants, including
commercial and retail
organizations
-
Follow up
with brokers and prospects with
term sheets and other due
diligence tasks during the
leasing process

Lead
negotiation and other aspects of
the lease signing process

Assist new
tenants with any initial
conflicts, which may arise after
the lease signing

Qualifications

College
degree a must
-
At least 3
years of experience in
commercial and retail leasing
transactions

Proficiency
in Word & Excel; Power Point a
plus

Strong
negotiation skills

Work in
fast-paced environment

Self-motivated; self-starter
