Location
Responsibilities
Our client, an International firm seeks
Business Development and Investment Manager
with Japanese skills who will be responsible
analyzing and managing investment activities
and strategies in line with company’s
corporate strategy.
-
Coordinate
company’s investment strategy
and manage the process of
investment and acquisitions.
-
Conduct
research and analysis through
relevant industries (Energy and
Utility) and identify possible
investment/acquisitions
opportunities.
-
Maintain
and develop industry network to
identify investment/acquisitions
opportunities.
-
Involved in
due diligence on the investment
opportunities and make a
recommendation.
-
Endures
budget and forecast related to
investment and present accurate
and timely appraisal of the
investment identifying the
possible risks
|
Qualifications
-
2-3 years
work experience in financial
analysis & modeling
-
M&A
experience preferred
-
Technical
background to understand
industry and business in Energy
and Utility area
-
Good
knowledge on finance/accounting
/tax
-
Strong
communication skills
-
BA or
higher degree in business,
economics or engineering, MBA or
higher degree preferred.
