Responsibilities
Our client, a major real estate
owner/property management firm seeks a
Senior Property Manager to oversee multiple
Mid-Rise and High Rise Residential Buildings
in Queens, NY.

This person
will have management
responsibility for more than ten
residential buildings, each are
20+ stories high, and have in
excess of 200 units each -- and
all are rental units (middle
income/ market rate and
luxury).

This
individual will oversee all
property management operations
and all staff, including:
Office, Landlord –Tenant
Relations, Building Managers /
Superintendents, construction,
renovations, maintenance and
repair, landscaping, cleaning;
and will coordinate with leasing
and legal and finance.

Qualifications
-
Position
requires individual with minimum
of 15 years experience as
Property Manager who has managed
multiple mid-rise/high rise
Residential building properties
at one time

Proven
track record of successfully
managing staff of more than 25
people

Bachelor’s
degree is required
-
Valid
Driver’s license and vehicle is
required

Parking
space will be provided
